My Voicemail On-line using My CallPilot

Welcome to My Voicemail On-line.
 
The link to the right will take you to My CallPilot, the application that allows you to access your voicemail on-line.

Benefits
With My Voicemail On-line, you can listen to your voice messages anywhere, in any order, and save them on your computer.  It is possible to record temporary absence greetings, and set a custom operator number.  In addition, caller information including phone number and date / time stamp are easily accessible.

My Voicemail On-line Training
Training for My Voicemail On-line is available through the Learning and Development Office, Human Resources and Employee Relations.  To register for a session, please visit the Learning and Development website at:  http://www.yorku.ca/hr/units/learningdevelopment/index.html and follow the process outlined on the "Course Registration" page under the "Quick Links" menu.

Known Issues

  • Mac and Linux operating systems do not support vbk format. Call Pilot features tab contains "My CallPilot Preferences", allowing the user to set their settings to listen to voicemail in wav format.

  • Windows Firefox browser does not embed the Call Pilot player, making it more difficult to record greetings. The CallPilot player is only embedded in Internet Explorer on Windows.
